POWER BALLAD will make its World Premiere on Sunday, March 1 at Dublin’s stunning Bord Gáis Energy Theatre as the Closing Night Gala of the Dublin International Film Festival (DIFF) – a milestone moment as the festival presents its finale in the iconic venue for the first time. Writer/Director/Producer John Carney is expected to attend alongside stars Paul Rudd and

Nick Jonas for the film’s celebratory debut.

Bringing the film to Dublin holds particular significance for Carney, as the story is set largely in Ireland, making this hometown premiere an especially meaningful launch for both the filmmakers and the city. Following its World Premiere, POWER BALLAD will head to SXSW for its North American Premiere on Saturday, March 14 before opening nationwide in theaters June 5.
